Produced, recorded, and mixed by Peter Craft at Boxer Lodge Studio in Arwin, California, it features Jacob Aranda on guitar and piano, Dup Crosson on percussion and vocals, David Cuetter on pedal steel, David Knupp on bass, Vivien M on harmony vocals, and Russell Tillitt on organ and piano. Lyrics and music by Vega Victoria. Album design by Sara Gallagher. The singles “Electrify” and “Curves and Hollows” were selected by the OCTA New Music Weekly Playlist in July 2026!

Debut ep The Long embrace

Vega Victoria’s debut EP “The Long Embrace” was produced, recorded, and mixed by Ben Tanner, member of the Grammy-award winning band Alabama Shakes. Recorded at Sun Drop Sound in Florence, Alabama, it features musicians Caleb Elliot on guitar and cello, Jeremy Gibson on drums and percussion, Adam Morrow (Belle Adair) on bass and pedal steel, and multi-instrumentalist Ben Tanner. 

This is music for long, blue empty desert highways late at night, a hand in yours in the shadow of a Redwood tree, breathing in the salty mist of the Pacific, kissing a muse on the sand, and remembering your ephemeral existence on earth while close dancing with a stranger.
